A pilot portal has been prepared for applications, staff review and gemstone custody records. It is not live yet.
There is no active account registration or private ID upload service on this page. Continue using the existing course inquiry form until portal activation is announced.
Role reviews
Bidder, seller and traceability permissions have separate review records and expiry dates. Email sign-in alone does not establish identity, trade eligibility or criminal history.
Gemstone custody
Approved pilot participants can record rough and finished material, request transfers, confirm physical receipt and retain linked cutting records after activation.
Assessed completion
Staff can record independent course completion after theory, practical work and portfolio assessment. This is not automatic external accreditation.
Activation comes before real records.
The pilot needs Cloudflare sign-in, a private database, staff reviewer configuration, appropriate privacy and retention arrangements, and end-to-end staging checks. Private documents must use an agreed protected process; no ID files are accepted by this pilot.
Paid enrollment, live auctions and cryptocurrency investment services remain unavailable.
