A practical study workflow
- Choose a teaching design you have permission to use. Record its author and revision.
- Review index gear, angles, symmetry and rough dimensions with your instructor.
- Model the design and keep the assumed material properties in your notes.
- Print the faceting diagram and check it against your machine and the actual stone.
- Record measurements, cutting observations and any design changes in your module worksheet.
